I just finished the photo verification for Stripe and was immediately told that they would close my account unless I re-verified using my credit/debit card information; no doubt it was automatic.

Because of the new e-mail, I'm immediately skepticle of the legitimacy of Stripe and am no longer comfortable using it. Does anyone know if Locals allows any other processors to be used, or are we stuck with Stripe? Will I have to close my Locals account if I don't use Stripe since it was required to set up in the first place? I have no problem making my content available for free if I'm stuck with Stripe just so I don't have to use it.

It's just the way they implemented their verification process; it makes it look like a huge scam.

If anyone has any information that'd be great.
